With the use of HTML 5, there is no need to download flash player. HTML 5 is adopted to replace Flash Player in EB. Flash will no longer be supported by Adobe in 2020.

If you have entered a valid email address in your Profile, then you can use the Forgot Password feature to recover your password. Your password will be sent directly to your registered email.

Enter your Username
Click Retrieve Password
Check your registered email to recover your password

Your login will be expired after being idle for 15 minutes. Please re-login your Book Club if you see a session timeout. If you constantly encountered session timeout problem on your computer, please try to delete the browser's cookies as shown below:-
For Chrome
Logout Book Club
Close all Chrome
Reopen a new Chrome
Click customize and control Google Chrome at the top right corner; or Press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Delete" (read 7.)
Click History
Click Clear browsing data...
Tick "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files", then click "Clear browsing data"
Login to Book Club and start a lesson
For Internet Explorer 10/11
Logout Book Club
Close all Internet Explorer
Reopen a new Internet Explorer
Find Tools; or Press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Delete" on your keyboard (read 7.)
Click Internet Options
Click Delete... button under General tab -> Browsing history
Select "Cookies and website data" and "Temporary Internet files and website files", then click Delete to confirm deleting all cookies and cached files from your temporary folder
Login to Book Club and start a lesson

Your Internet connection is constantly staying online during the exercise
Your browser is cookie enabled
Your personal firewall and/or anti-virus software do not block cookies
If you constantly encountered server connection problem on your computer, please try to add the Fun and Friends web site into your trusted list as follows:
For Internet Explorer
Open your Internet Explorer
Find Tools
Find Internet Options...
Find Security tab
Click on the Trusted sites
Click on the Sites... button
Uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone
Type fnfclub.hk under "Add this Web site to the zone"
Click Add to put Fun and Friends into the Web sites list
Click OK to exit Trusted sites
Click Default Level button under Security tab
Click OK to close the Internet Options
If your problem still exists, please try to stop temporarily the firewall and/or anti-virus software during the exercise.
